Sobha Icon is a comprehensive educational programme for students spanning from grades 8th to 12 th. All the services, resources, and facilities are available to students fully free of cost without conditions.  This makes the programme realistic.

Icon’s focus is on empowerment of society via education, particularly of women at the lower strata with the aim of empowering them to make a permanent break from the vicious circle of poverty and deprivation. This is the core of any social transformation strategy.

Identification of beneficiary family has been done through an extensive social empowerment mapping exercise. All benefits are exclusively given to students from SEBC families living in the notified gram panchayats. There is no spreading thin.
